Florence Apartment in Oltrarno

• * the monthly rates do NOT include utilities, which are charged separately based on actual consumption.
• The rates indicated above are for 2 guests; each additional guest in the apartment (for a total of 4 guests) pays an extra 15 euros per person. Children up to 3 years old can sleep in the baby cot at no additional cost.
• Daily and weekly rates are “all-inclusive” and thus include cost of utilities (electricity, water, gas, heating for 8 hours per day according to the calendar and rules set by City of Florence, air conditioning), bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels and condominium expenses.
• Required final cleaning charges are extra: from 35 euro (for 2 guests) to 50 euro (for 3-4 guests).

Conditions

• Check-in: between 2:30pm and 6:30pm, set by appointment. Other hours can be arranged at the time of booking after we have verified availability (extra charge).
• Check-out: between 8:00am and 10:00am. You can leave your luggage after check-out and up until 12:30pm if you arrange for this when you check-in.
• Payment: Booking is confirmed only after a booking deposit has been made by bank transfer equal to 30% of the total cost of your stay (minimum 100 euro). The balance is due on arrival, payable in cash. It will not be possible to reimburse any part already paid in case of early departures.
• Cancellations: up until 21 days before your arrival, you can change your booking dates to book another stay within 3 months of the original dates (for the same amount of days or longer stays, based upon availability). If you request a cancellation between 7 and 21 days before your arrival, the deposit will not be reimbursed. For cancellations less than 7 days and “no-shows” the entire cost of the booked stay is owed.
• Security deposit: 200 euro (will be reimbursed after apartment and furnishings have been checked for any damage).
• Animals: small cats and small-medium sized dogs are welcome in our home as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb the neighbors; the apartment will have a comfortable mat and food dish for their use. Pet owners are fully responsible for any eventual damage to physical property or persons (payable before departure) caused by their pets. For obvious hygienic-sanitary reasons, pets cannot use the bed or sofa bed, pillows, etc. If this is not respected, additional cleaning and laundry charges will be requested.
• Keys: at check-in, our guests will receive a set of keys to the apartment and building so that you have complete freedom of movement. If keys are lost or stolen, guests will be charged the cost of their replacement.
• Handicapped access: The apartment is located on the second floor of an antique palace that has no elevator, with narrow stairs; the bathroom does not consent use by anyone with a wheelchair.
